IFOS 2022 Vancouver cancelled
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to thwart our efforts to hold an in-person medical conference of the size of the IFOS World Congress, scheduled originally for June 2021 in Vancouver, then delayed to June 2022.
In consultation with the IFOS Executive, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the World Congress for Vancouver in June 2022. In reaching this decision we considered both the restrictions on us as the host country, and also the restrictions and impediments to travel for those who would need to make the trip from abroad.
We would like to thank all the organizers (chairs, committee members, planned speakers and panelists) for their time and effort spent on this event.
The IFOS Executives continue to work through alternatives.
